E-Bikes for Everyone: 800,000 Students to Receive Free Transport

Over 800,000 students across the province will soon have the opportunity to obtain their own electric bikes, thanks to a new government initiative.

The Chief Ministers Youth Initiative E will provide free e-bikes to students over the age of 18, in a bid to promote sustainable transportation and reduce traffic congestion.

The initiative was launched by Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, who said that the e-bikes would provide students with a safe, affordable, and environmentally friendly way to get around.

"This is a great opportunity for our students," said Nawaz. "Not only will they be able to save money on transportation, but they will also be doing their part to reduce pollution and traffic congestion."

The e-bikes will be distributed to students through their schools and colleges. The government has set aside Rs. 10 billion for the initiative, which is expected to benefit over 800,000 students.
